At Witch Craft Creations, we handcraft each item with care and intention. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your magical creations will reach you.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items may require additional processing time. Any extended processing times will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–10 business days

  • International: 2–6 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once the package is with the carrier.

Shipment Tracking

  • All orders include tracking whenever available from the shipping carrier.

  • Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping cost.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

  • Witch Craft Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Witch Craft Creations is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Witch Craft Creations is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please document it with photos and contact the carrier to file a claim.

  • If the carrier marked your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items (e.g., herbs, oils, or candles) may have restrictions depending on location. Any limitations will be noted on product pages.

Local Pickup

Witch Craft Creations offers local pickup:

  • Pickup information will be provided via email once your order is ready.

  • Pickup orders must be collected within the designated timeframe.
