At Witch Craft Creations, we take pride in crafting each item with care and intention. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Free of damage, wear, or alteration

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Used candles, oils, herbs, or consumable items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

2. Initiating a Return

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Witch Craft Creations is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Return shipping must be completed within 7 days of receiving approval.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item).

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items if inventory is available.
If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless the item has already shipped or production on a custom item has begun.

8. Final Sale Items

Products marked as final sale, clearance, or custom-made are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless defective.
